ASST Coach Vernie Alvarez

Vernie Alvarez  moved to Jacksonville in 1998. Before that he lived in Va. Beach Va where he played 3 years of Varsity baseball at Bayside High School.  He moved his Senior year where he attended Clay High School and played Varsity baseball there for 1 year. He went on to play ball at Saint Johns River and Lake City Community College. He has been coaching youth sports for 5 years. He is married with 5 kids ranging in ages of 11 down to 2 yrs old.  Coach Vern coaches because he loves being a role model to our youth, and being around the greatest game ever played.

Coach Mike Jones

Mike Jones is a former first round pick in the major league draft and reached the Majors as a pitcher.  Mike won a world series championship with the Kansas City Royals.  After Mike's playing career he jumped into coaching.  He has coached at several programs but is currently the Head Coach of Episcopal High School where he won a State Championship.  Mike coached the 9U developmental team last season at FCA and is regarded as one of the best in coaching industry at player development sending many players to D-1 colleges and pro ball.

Coach- Nik Severidt

Nik Severidt has been involved with youth baseball in Jacksonville for the past 10 years, coaching at Fort Caroline and Jacksonville Beach. He is a graduate of Providence High School. He went onto to play at FCCJ under head coaches Howard Roey and Chris Blaquire. Nik has coached at several high school programs in Jacksonville and is currently the assistant coach at Episcopal High School.

Both Teams will compete at Cooperstown Dreams Park in the summer of 2020.
