Coach- Sean Stevens

Sean Stevens has 25+ years of baseball experience including 4 seasons of pro ball and 4 years of college.  Sean attended Thomas University and Aurora University playing outfield and batted .304 his senior year.  Sean played professionally in independent baseball playing in the Empire, Thoroughbred, and Federal leagues.  While at Aurora University interned under senior level strength coaches at Acceleration Sports Performance.  Sean interacted with all male and female athletic teams at the University under coach Chad Trudo.  Sean has served as head strength and conditioning coach at several levels and has trained under the best in the business.  He is an expert in athletic development to increase strength and speed with the latest technology and workouts in the business.  He has shadowed Tom House and Eric Cressey.  Sean launched his own strength and conditioning company, Pro Performance Lab, in 2016 and trains athletes in all sports.  Sean has traveled all over the world playing the game of baseball and brings a wealth of knowledge to FCA Baseball.  Sean attends Eleven22 in Mandarin. 

Coach- Matt Carter

Matt Carter is entering his 4th year at Trinity Baptist College playing under coach Jon Copeland.  Matt was selected as a captain of the team and in 2017 Matt was named a NCCAA Academic All American student athlete of the year.  In 2018 Matt will graduate with bachelors in business and ethics and a minor in Bible.  Matt has served as an assistant coach to Don Presley at Eagles View.  Matt was the head coach of the 2016 American Legion team.  That team had a record of 42-7 and were State runner ups.  Matt attends church at the Church of Argyle.

Coach - Tom Lucas

Tom Lucas is the director of baseball for FCA BlueClaws and a native of NE Florida.  Coach Lucas  played baseball at NB Forrest High School where he was named All Conference and made the All Area All Star team his senior year.  Upon graduation he signed a scholarship to play baseball for Santa Fe CC.  Tom was the pitching coach at Wilkinson Middle School and St Johns Country Day School before being named the head varsity baseball coach at St Johns in 2014.  He is entering his fourth year as the head coach for the Spartans and was named the 3A Coach of the year in 2016 and 2017 by his peers.  Tom is married to Cynthia, and they have one daughter, Brooke, who is entering her senior year at the University of Florida.  Tom, Cynthia and Brooke worship at Lakeside Church of Christ in Orange Park.  Tom served for 10 years as a youth minister there and has been blessed with numerous opportunities to speak at youth rallies in the country.  He currently serves as an Elder at Lakeside Church of Christ, and he and his wife both teach Bible class routinely.
